Project Introduction
Xiongan New Area – China’s Silicon Valley In the next decade, Xiongan New Area is poised to become a top-tier city in China. GS Housing is honored to participate in the construction of this pioneering urban development. As one of Xiong an’s key projects, the “Builders’ Home” Camp is a comprehensive residential community. Builders’ Home Camp No. 2 integrates office buildings, dormitories, lifestyle support facilities, and a fire station. Spanning approximately 55,000 square meters, the camp features over 1,000 dormitory rooms, providing accommodation and amenities for more than 6,500 workers. Additionally, its office area can accommodate 520+ personnel, offering workspaces and meeting services.
The residential zone comprises 23 buildings: 5 courtyard-style structures, 17 linear buildings, and 1 quarantine building. Each dormitory features ground-floor laundry rooms and waste disposal areas, with toilets and 24-hour shower facilities on every floor. All rooms are air-conditioned. Remarkably, the entire project was completed and operational within just three months.
