Project Introduction
The TFM & KFM Mining Container House Project is located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and is a large modular building project undertaken by GS Housing. The total construction area of the project is 12,928.65 square meters. It uses 110 fireproof mobile houses and 800 square meters of steel structure to provide safe and comfortable accommodation for workers in the mining area.
In view of the special geographical environment and safety needs of the mining area, GS Housing has carried out strict fire tests on the box structure, wall materials and overall design to ensure compliance with international fire protection standards. The container house uses flame-retardant materials and fire-retardant coatings for dual protection, which significantly improves the safety level of the building and provides reliable protection for workers’ accommodation.

As the core part of the supporting living area of the mining area, the project not only solves the accommodation problem of workers and greatly improves their living and working environment, but also demonstrates the efficient application of modular buildings in the mining field. The successful implementation of the project has not only strengthened the logistics support capabilities of the mining area, but also accumulated valuable technical and management experience for similar projects.
